Is anyone good at Idenifying Celtic jewelry?

I bought a ring a while ago and when i bought it they told me the kind of ring it was and the whole story behind it and i can not for the life of me remember what they said the name of it was...... it is tecnically 3 rings in one. when you look at it closed it is two hands clasped but when you open it up there is a heart on the center ring.

the story behind it is that it is given as an engagement ring the woman keeps the ring with the heart on it, the man keeps on of the rings with a hand on it and whoever the best man is keeps the other ring with the other hand on it. on the wedding day all three rings are put back together and places on the brides finger as the wedding band.....

someone help me figure this out please

p.s. it isn't a claddagh ring cause i know what that is!

'I know this sounds strange, but... I am looking for a women's diamond wedding ring, with a tungsten Celtic design band. I want our wedding rings to match, and my fiance is getting a dark silvery/black tungsten band with a laser inlaid Celtic design. Does this even exist?? Is there anything similar? Thanks!
